Verwendung von Google+ bzw. Twitter-Plugins

Auf meinen Internetseiten (siehe Impressum) werden teilweise Plugins (Widgets) der sozialen Netzwerke google plus und twitter.com verwendet.
Twitter wird von Twitter, Inc. 795 Folsom St., Suite 600 San Francisco, CA 94107, USA („Twitter“) betrieben.
Wenn Sie mit solchen Plugins versehene Internetseiten meiner Internetpräsenz aufrufen, wird eine Verbindung zu den Google- bzw. Twitter-Servern hergestellt und dabei das Plugin des jeweiligen Anbieters durch Mitteilung an Ihren Browser auf der Internetseite dargestellt.
Sind Sie dabei als Mitglied bei google+ eingeloggt, ordnet google diese Information Ihrem persönlichen google-Benutzerkonto zu. Ähnliches gilt analog für das Twitter-Plugin und Twitter. Bei der Nutzung der Plugin-Funktionen (z.B. Anklicken des „Gefällt mir#147;-Buttons, Abgabe eines Kommentars, Klick auf den Tweet-Button von Twitter) werden auch diese Informationen Ihrem google+-Konto bzw. Twitter-Konto zugeordnet, was Sie nur durch Ausloggen aus dem jeweiligen Dienst vor Nutzung des Plugins verhindern können.

The data in this group has been marked as non-identifiable. This means that there is no reasonable way for the site to identify the individual person this data was collected from.

The following explanation is provided for why this data is collected:

This site stores cookies to count how often and when a user accesses any content page. The result data within the cookie is then displayed in the footer of any content page.
It includes:
how often the user accessed this page in the past and the date of the last visit and the used browser type (user-agent). The cookies cannot be red from the author of this site nor there will be any exchange of data. They store also the display mode of this site (no-frame or frame-version). The state of the navigation outline is also stored.
The user can delete these cookies depending of the used browser (see help or documentation, currently under development).
In addition a standard Apache weblog is written in which the used browser type (user-agent), http-header, requested page, the user's IP-address, request type and duration of the visit or any errors during a visit is stored. This is stored only for quality improvement and statistical purposes.
There are several search forms for querying this site or the Web for search phrases or different open databases. For statistical purposes the site-wide-search search phrases are stored but not in relation to any user information or to the cookies.

Policy Evaluation

Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 will evaluate this policy's compact policy whenever it is used with a cookie. The actions IE will take depend on what privacy level the user has selected in their browser (Low, Medium, Medium High, or High; the default is Medium. Also Netscape-based browsers (e.g. Mozila) can display policy/privacy data. In addition, IE will examine whether the cookie's policy is considered satisfactory or unsatisfactory, whether the cookie is a session cookie or a persistent cookie, and whether the cookie is used in a first-party or third-party context. This section will attempt to evaluate this policy's compact policy against Microsoft's stated behavior for IE6.

Satisfactory policy: this compact policy is considered satisfactory according to the rules defined by Internet Explorer 6. IE6 will accept cookies accompanied by this policy under the High, Medium High, Medium, Low, and Accept All Cookies settings.
